		<description><![CDATA[I checked my Vista laptop computer and it was configured for a scheduled defrag every Wednesday. I did not set it so I assume it was that way out of the box.  You can also run the defrag from a command line.  You have more options from the command line.  I would also add that you should probably run disk cleanup before running the defrag.]]></description>
