Sonic Unleashed

Sonic Unleashed was released last year.  The game itself is somewhat interesting.  The engine is made so the game is like a hybrid between 2D and 3D rendering.  So basically graphics are great.  I feel the game lives up to what most people would like in the graphics department.  I feel personally since I have played the game the controls are not the greatest for wolf form.  I can’t really complain about the normal sonic part.  I did not get up to where you get the new high speed moves.  But from what I have seen from videos I feel that works out great.  The transition between 2D and 3D is great and is done at the right time.  So that makes the game feel more natural.  I have not played the whole game so at first hand I don’t know the whole storyline.  But based on what I have read the storyline is not all that bad.  So as of my rating I am going to give it 3.5.  All the qualities of the game is good but not jaw dropping.  The new engine is the only thing that probably is jaw dropping.  If you would like to read up on the game itself please click on this link http://www.sonic-unleashed.com/us/index.php.
